TEA AT THE JEFFERSON HOTEL

In December I had the opportunity to have tea at the Jefferson Hotel in Washington, D.C. It was such an delightful experience!
The Jefferson Hotel hosts tea Saturday and Sunday afternoon in their restaurant The Greenhouse.
The Greenhouse boasts charming table settings, and a beautiful skylight that floods the hotel with natural light.
They have a great variety of teas to choose from...
Your meal begins with tea sandwiches, my favorite was the caprese.
They then bring warm scones...
…and plenty of dessert! ;)
They even give you a little stool to place your purse!
If you find yourself in D.C. I highly recommend that you stop by the Jefferson Hotel for afternoon tea, it’s a wonderful experience :)
